While exploring dumpsters around Ole Miss in Oxford, he discovered discarded materials such as wood, tin roofing, and windows. These finds became the foundation of what would eventually become The Shed. With help from his family, particularly his siblings, the project grew far beyond its initial concept. From a single shed to a bustling compound, The Shed now boasts picnic tables, barstools, and walls adorned with memorabilia contributed by loyal patrons who proudly call themselves “ShedHeds.” This eclectic mix of rustic architecture and community spirit makes The Shed more than just a restaurant; it’s a cultural phenomenon.
